If you receive a notification that ID needs to be verified, or that you are pending third party verification, send two pieces of ID to registration@kelmha.com and Sheena will send it into CRC for you.  If you do not send in the ID, the CRC will not be completed.  Criminal record checks are addressed and sent directly to KMHA as per the access code.  If you require a criminal record check for other minor sports or schools, please complete a CRC with their access code.

BC Hockey requires a new criminal record check to be completed every 3 seasons.
