The Kelowna Atom A Jr. Chiefs battled hard this past weekend to win the Gold at the Kamloops Remembrance Day Classic Atom Development Tournament (Tier 1 Division).

Their goalies (Dylan Adams and Carson Zakus) stood tall, posting three shutouts and a stellar 1.50 GAA. After losing a tough round robin game to Kamloops A2, the team ended up in the final after beating Kamloops A1, 6-0 and making it interesting in a rematch versus a well coached/classy Kamloops A2 team. Strong defensive play and a commitment to working harder than all other teams thrust them to victory!

Coaching staff could not be more proud of their team! Great work Chiefs!!
