Join the Team at Kelowna Minor Hockey Association

Kelowna Minor Hockey Association (KMHA) is looking for a strong administrator to join our team. The individual will partner with the various divisions in their tournament coordination activities as well as perform general office duties including reception, invoicing, registration etc. The role will also be responsible for the organization’s communications initiatives including social media as well as various event planning projects. The role will require a minimum of three years of administrative experience, intermediate Microsoft Office skills, strong planning abilities, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the desire to work in a fun, fast paced environment. The role will be based out of the KMHA office located in the Memorial Arena with some time spend at the various rinks across the city. This is a year-round, full time position with the peak periods being mid-August to the end of March. Flexible hours are available from April to mid-August.
