2010/2011 PLAYER REGISTRATION
Registration for the 2010/11 season will begin on August 3, 2010 at 9:00am at 1420 Ellis Street (inside Memorial Arena). Please come to registration with all necessary documentation and forms completed in their entirety. Any player that has not played in a minor hockey association for the 2009/10 season or previously will require the following paperwork:
- Completed NEW PLAYER REGISTRATION FORM 2010/2011
- Completed KMHA MEMBER CONTRACT FORM 2010/2011signed by the player and both of the players parents
- Documentation confirming players address: utility bill from your home, drivers license of parents, etc.
- Copy of Player’s Birth Certificate
- Copy of Player’s Health Care Card
Any players that were registered with a Minor Hockey Association in 09/10 or any previous season and will be transferring into Kelowna Minor Hockey for the 10/11 season will also require, in addition to the above, the following:
- A completed BC Hockey Declaration of Residency Form.pdf (available at this link or at the KMHA office)
